    I think it’s important to consider the role of leaders. Leaders hold tremendous power and influence. I believe leaders have a responsibility to support the growth and advocate for others, and foster an organizational culture where psychological safety and in turn, innovation can thrive. Recognizing strengths and then advocating for others when one is in a position of power, is one way to show appreciation in an impactful way.
