Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

Instant Ink Cartridges have run out but this is not being recognised, so cannot print. There's no online way of discussing this, and running various troubleshooting options did not work because the cartridges were empty it is not a technical or software problem. I needed to print something, when ordering ink, delivery was confirmed as taking up to 10 days. The service does not work as it should.

    Incorrect position or color slot of installed cartridges. The contacts in your printer or cartridge are damaged or dirty. The printer's memory is not reset. It's still reading the data from the previous chip.
