Note: This is not a post to defame any organization, its just so that you could improve.Askari Bank has the worst customer service, Iāve forgot my online banking password, its been 3 months iām still not able to login into my account.Iāve visited branch, they say its only possible using helpline, and helpline is actually troubleline cause the only way they can verify your identity is by asking about your office address, and when you say your office adress theyāll say its incorrect. lol. Iām sure there are other better ways to verify identity.Thankfully iām not using my askari bank account anymore, Even HBL is better at helping customers.Iāve also used Standard Chartered Bank which is the best of best. Will recommend it to everyone & will keep using it.#customerexperience #customerservice

UPDATE: Thanks to Mehwish Hasan, the issue has been resolved seamlessly within two days. PLEASE CONNECT ME TO SOMEONE FROM HBL - Habib Bank LimitedIt has been more than a month of this error and more than 2 weeks of visiting their branch to get this issue resolved. Still my issue is not resolved. I am unable to access the funds in my account. Unable to make any online transactions. Without any intimation (NO CALL, NO SMS, NO EMAIL), they decided to put a āspecial conditionā on my account. The helpline was as clueless as I was. They said we donāt know why this condition has been put on your account. You will have to visit the branch where your account is. I had to travel that same night, but I took out time to visit the parent branch and got to know that my account has been shifted to another branch. I went there and got to know that it has been shifted to another branch. (PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OF THIS HAS BEEN DONE WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION) I went to the third branch and reported the issue. They said due to an error on our end, your account went from debit to credit in our system, which is why your account has this condition. I said then what is the customers' fault here? He said you plz fill a form and we will get this resolved in two working days. After filling the form, they asked for biometric but all their machines were either out of order or their system had some issue. My biometric was not being matched. After 10th try, they said we are having some technical issue, we will fwd your request without biometric. I said that please allow me to withdraw my funds and close me account right now as I am done with your pathetic service. They said, "uske lye bhi biometric hi hoga jo abhi chal nahin raha" I mean what the hell is wrong with their customer services? I request #HBL to please either remove this condition on my account, or allow me to get my funds withdrawn so that I can close my account once and for all as I am so done now!! #HBL #Pathetic

I want to address a recurrent issue with the NBE token system that has significantly impacted my work. Despite multiple attempts, each activation of the token erroneously launches Google Chrome, hindering my productivity.I have been in communication with the bankās support team since yesterday, striving to identify and resolve this technical glitch. However, my efforts have been met with a lack of response, despite direct mentions to the National Bank of Egypt.In an intriguing turn of events, the response on LinkedIn was immediate and attentive when I switched to communicating in English. This contrasts starkly with the minimal engagement I received when communicating in Arabic. This discrepancy in customer service, based on the language of communication, raises concerns about inclusivity and equal treatment of clients.Following advice received on LinkedIn, I have formally lodged my complaint via email. Nevertheless, the issue remains unresolved, and the lack of clarity is disconcerting.Through this post, I appeal to the National Bank of Egypt for a prompt and equitable resolution. Additionally, I urge a reevaluation of customer service protocols to ensure consistent and fair treatment for all clients, regardless of the language of communication.Your immediate attention to this matter is not only crucial for resolving my current issue but also essential in setting a precedent for customer service excellence.National Bank of Egypt (NBE)
